“Implementing Success” is a series where we take a deeper dive into the world of change programmes, and uncover some of the key turning points where a programme is won or lost.

Having been part of this world for some time now, I want to share my own learnings to help others better prepare for implementing success in their own careers as consultants, programme/project managers, or professionals helping to deliver complex change programmes. What should you focus on and when? What practical advice can I give so that you don’t fall into the common pitfalls like so many have before?

What is the significance of “structure” for us as human beings and why should we be pushing for more of it? How do you go about defining structure from chaos?
